A project to conduct a 3D laser scan and develop Building Information Models (BIM) for a residential property located in

Kepong Baru, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The purpose is to recognizing the house's historical value, this project aims to create a comprehensive 3D model.

This digital asset will serve two primary functions:

• To digitally preserve the house and enable virtual tours for visitors.
• To provide the basis for generating accurate section drawings essential for planning its refurbishment.

Our client plan to relocate the Subsea Tree Structure to another drilling rig.

To ensure a smooth relocating process, a procedure to get dimensions length, width and height using high precision

until 1 mm of accuracy are taken through As Built Drawing.  

Existing drawing does not specify the dimension for each anode
